Miso is a fermented soybean paste from Japan used as a seasoning throughout Asian cuisine.

Miso is the ultimate reference point for the flavour sensation known as umami. Deeply savoury, with toasty, funky salty-sweet RICHNESS.

Use this seasoning to make a lovely broth base and serve with your favourite vegetables, protein and a runny yoked boiled egg if you fancy. Works well as a seasoning on salmon and steak too!
